During 26-27 September 2019, the PDP4E project members gathered at the premises of University of Duisburg-Essen in Duisburg for the sixth plenary meeting. We reviewed the status of all work packages, discussed integration issues, and agreed on next key steps to the execution of the project.
This general assembly has been key to the successful preparation of our next milestones: our first release of the PDP4E tools. During the first day, we focused on presenting demoes of all the tools, as well as discussing work to be done and clarifying the format to communicate between all our toolkit. Then, on the second day of the assembly, we reviewed all our communications to external audiences (including both engineers and business stakeholders) in order to decide next steps on the sustainability of the tool. In particular, we are very excited about our participation on the forthcoming EclipseCon Europe, an excellent opportunity to promote our project and attract more people to privacy engineering solutions.
Accompanying our software release, we plan to share more about our solutions and methodology. We have slightly updated our website with more information, but please state tuned for more news from us!
